Welding Rod Chart
Anyone know of a web site that has charts for welding rod?
I'm looking for a chart that lists the rod number and also tells what it's used for. Thanks

Re: Welding Rod Chart
Lincon's got some good charts on their site. This is the chart for "normal" rods. They also have a chart for cast iron and no ferous rods as well.
http://content.lincolnelectric.com/p...ature/c210.pdf Hobarts chart http://www.hobartwelders.com/product...ectrode-chart/ Esab's got a lot of good material but it's hader to access than lincolns. You have to click your way thru the product, to the specs to get the info, http://products.esabna.com/EN/home/f....filler_metals I know I've also gotten info from McKay and MG on their rods, but can't find the links right now.
