Lets see you imagination

Was going to go through the pics forum and go through each topic but thought maybe some people didnt post smaller things.

I want to see all your imaginations with things you have made, From candle holders to entire fences and trailers.

I have a few ideas drawn out but I feel they are all lacking something, I want to see if its just my ocd or there really is something missing.

Re: Lets see you imagination

You want to see "Imagination"...

Like something that is in your head and then "Made To Order"...
That would be a loaded question..

We all here have done "This and That" as far as making stuff goes...
Some work to blueprints that pretty much spell it out for ya..IF the "Engineer" has a clue...
Some just "Wing It"...

Are you just looking for anything "Homemade?"

...zap!

Re: Lets see you imagination

Now that there is just pure awesome, I cant wait to be at that level of talent. As I look back at my drawings I am clearly missing the talent aspect of things,

ATM im working on making a few "walls" As i have no garage to weld in, once I get some walls made up I cant wait to start making some ideas and learn from the critics made here.

Re: Lets see you imagination

I'm a hobbyist, and still on my first tank of gas -- so I'm not going to impress anyone with the quality of my welds or my engineering skill. But my first project was to build my yard a little wrought iron fence.

At the same time, I used some pipe to make my kid a swingset:

More recently, I made a shade cover for the patio/courtyard area at the front of the house.

(As you can see, there is no snow load issue where I live. We'll see about wind.)

Looks awesome Jack, great looking fence.

The company I use to work for made fences similar, made good coin off them.

Re: Lets see you imagination

I really like that swing set too Jack, Ive got a 3 yr old son and a 11 month old daughter who would love to have a GOOD swing set. Right now my son plays on the little hunks of crap you get at wal mart.

Ill have to make him something bigger, he is always asking to go higher. Love that idea, And that way I can dress it up to become part of the yard rather then just a swing set.

Oh wow Wello! Those are pretty! I'm glad you're so far away from me as I have a feeling I'd spend too much that I can afford if you were close by! I love those candle holders *fingers itching*
