Chassis jig plans?

Anyone know of a good set? I've been looking and have grabbed some pictures and anecdotal info on them but nothing sound, and I haven't seen any plans that are engineered so to speak, my need is: looking to support 3,500 lbs avg, up to 4,000 lbs to be safe, need individual adjusting feet. seeing as how I'd love to weld everything together but I'm afraid of the warping/bowing from welding the support legs to the top rails so I'm figuring bolting is a better process and will be preferred.
