Re: Compactor Pictures

Very nice work. Do you do this type of work often? Is it just a fix dents and paint or do you completely refurbish them?

Re: Compactor Pictures

I'll bet they completely refurbish them judging by the new electrical controls in the first two pictures.

Re: Compactor Pictures

Looks really good!

Are those AR strips in the first pick screwed or welded down? In either case that looks like an awful lot of work for any floor repairs.

That looks like first class work! Do you do work for Goochland county?

We do everything. When we do new installs at say "wal mart" we buy the old machine back, take it to our yard, 100% refurbish it and resell it. All the welding, electrical, hydraulics, guide shoes are completely replaced/repaired.

Matt
Screwed down, they are not a problem to get out because I hook a chain to the truck and pull the blade out the front of the machine.

I am not sure. I think that when we made the transition from active landfills to convenience centers they are running large compactors like that. There are a couple at the center near the courthouse.
