New kid from Northern Arizona

Hey there, figured I should introduce myself. I just got into welding by taking a welding class at community college on whim. Turns out I love it way more than what my major was going to be (Network Engineering). So I have decided to get serious about it and this summer I will be going to school for welding down in Phoenix, AZ where my courses will consist of stick ( my favorite), MIG, flux core, oxy fuel cutting, and a introduction to pipe welding. My idea for the future is to get into power plant maintenance with APS which my brother works for. Anyways you may see me asking questions later on and hope to learn a few things from you guys.

hey, Killroy, welcome, get as many classes as you can, know as much about different processes as possible, will benefit in the long run. If you can into plant maintenance its all about being able to deal with lots of different situations and solve them, Mark

Welcome Kilroy, classes are the best thing I did to improve my welding, besides practicing a lot. Now I am proud of most of my welds, although I do still get it wrong sometimes and have to grind it out and start over. Funny thing I like stick the best too. I have a mig, 2 sitck welders and 2 OA setups, but I'd rather use the ACDC stick any day.

I have some relatives up there in Flag, and a brother in law in Lake Montezuma just down the hill. He retired from NAU and now he pretty much just drinks beer and welds all the time when he's not too busy golfing.

how can i sell my car
Quote:
The buyer also enjoys other benefits as they are able to bargain for the truck they have chosen hence they are able to buy at a relatively lower price than the marked price of the truck as it has been indicated on the website. They can also negotiate for the different sellers and hence they are able to come to a conclusion on who is the best seller they prefer to buy from. sell car online
on the other hand has an advantage as it saves his time as their presence is not a factor when it comes to the actual transaction of transferring the possession of the truck from the seller to the buyer.
thanks
