Hobart Mig RC1-200

I have a chance to pick up a Hobart Mig RC1-200 welder for around $400 that looks to be in good shape. I've been doing some searching on google and haven't been able to come up with any info on it.

Is this a decent welder and is $400 on the high or low side?

A little more info. This the Hobart Beta Mig 200. The Hobart website doesn't have a manual available online for this welder.

Anyone know its capabilities such as wire size, etc?
