Unhappy Millerroughneck welder problem

Hi ,I am new to the forum,I have been reding posts for years ,just finaly joined.Can Daune help me with problem on roughneck welder,kept blowing the fuse,now no weld no power,I tested rectifier with ohm meter checked out ok,could it be the large capaciter,was welding strong before problem arose,thanks

First we need the serial number of your welder so we can look up the right diagram.
Second try to figure out what fuse is blowing, F1 or F2 ect. You can get a diagram in the correct owners manual with the parts list. To get it go to millers web site and select owners manual. sense this is an older welder skip the first serial number box and select the model name link. now enter the serial number and select the welder model from the list.
Down load the manual. There should be a number and a letter after roughneck need the complete model name.
If you can't figure out the fuse number, take a picture of it. To show where it is located in the welder. We might be able to help you figure it out.

Thank you guys,I replaced the capaciter and rectifier,now works like new.Now I can get my equimpment ,all welded up for next summers paving
