Sheilding gas flow problem

Hey guys I'm having an issue with my snap on mig welder. Im having a problem with it acting like its not getting sheilding gas. I just put a new regulator on it and that helped. But I got to turn the pressure way up to get it to weld right, this is making my tank run out pretty quick. Any ideas? Thanks

Ryan

Re: Sheilding gas flow problem

I assume that you've checked your entire system for leaks, even inside the machine (remember to unplug when you're in there!). Also, make sure that your nozzle is clean inside, and sealing to the gun properly.
