FS Kemppi PS3500 inverter multi process

I have a Kemppi Multisystem PS3500 inverter multi process welder for sale. This welder is in good working condition but has a bad paint job. The inside looks very clean. I have used this in stick and mig (with a voltage sensing feeder) and it works great. This is only the welder/power source. I will be glade to ship but buyer must set this up. The welder is in Pittsburgh and weights about 100 to 150 #. This is 3 phase and is set up for 220 volts right now. It may be possible to run this on 1 phase but I'm not sure. $250

How old is it?
Do you have all the paperwork for it including the owners' manual?
Can you GTAW DC with some sort of start circuit included in the power source?
I went to the Kemppi site but they no longer have any documentation on these puppies and that's why I ask.
