Powcon 300 smp live wire

I got Powcon 300smp and hooked it up to a Miller S-62 drive with PSA-2 transformer. I got the feed to work no problem had to change the plug on the Powcon to a miller plug, but the problem is the wire stays live. Three wires go to the PSA-2, any suggestions why?

Most powcons need a closed switch contact to turn them off. Miller uses a closed switch to turn on their welders. You will need to go into the psa-2 and move one wire on the relay to make this happen.
