turbo torch - b or mc tanks?

I want to get a turbo torch for some water line work at my parents house and i wanted to use it with my current acetylene tank. what are the differences in tanks? What does everyone use for soldering?

Difference in tanks I can't answer... but for soldering, depending on size, I use either MAPP or Propane..
