Brand newbie

Hey everyone.
Brand new to welding. Hoping to learn alot from everyone on here.
Recently bought a farm in the southwestern corner of Virginia so I figure I better learn to weld. Ordered my equipment a few day's ago and cant wait to get started. I'm already finding myself searching for scrap to practice on.

This is what I ordered.

Lincoln 180-C
1 80cf cylinder
Victor superange II welding & cutting outfit.
1 80cf oxy cylinder
1 75cf acetylene cylinder

Will this get me by or do I need a stick machine also?
I'm pretty good on torches already but no real experiance on a welder.
Anyway good to meet everyone and glad to be a part of the forum.

P.S. People were steering toward a millermatic I'm sure it's a great welder but for some reason (gut feeling) I bought the Lincoln 180-C. Hope I did the right thing.
