Blade Welder

Hello Everyone

I would like to purchase an inexpensive blade welder like the one offered at Harbor Freight. Most of the inexpensive blade welders appear to weld only carbon steel blades.

Does anyone know if this welder can work on "Bi-Metal" stock? Thank you.

PS: Please also recommend other blade welders.
