Custom truck rack

Here is a custom rack that I build for a local demo company.... The oval cut outs are for LED stop,turn, tail lights as well as a set of LED clear back up lights... plus there is a plat on the top for the LED beacon. In the end it will coated with Rihno liner, stuff holds up very well. After seeing the rack in my truck I almost kept it but... I can always do another.

Really nice.....I was wondering what did you use for the LED holes. I had a time doing a similar project one time.

I have a stainless light bezel that I use as a template... then I plasma cut them. The light panel is removable.... I form the top of the bar so that the wiring has less of a strain on it, and it leaves a larger access cavity.

This pic is of a different rack but the same concept of how I do the top bar...

My truck.... 1999 w/ the 7.3 Turbo.... when I bought it fuel was cheaper than gas... NOT ANYMORE
