Repainting a Lincoln question

I recently picked up an old Lincoln AC-225-S that I'm in the process of reconditioning. The sheet metal had a lot of surface rust that I'm cleaning off. I'm going to repaint both the inside and outside of the unit. Do I need to use a special type of paint or primer? Does anyone know what manufacturer's color would come close to matching the original?

Re: Repainting a Lincoln question

Just use a good epoxy enamel or acrylic enamel. Make sure you get a good tooth on the bare steel (something for the primer to stick to).
