6X48 sanding belts
Just a quick 2 words word on HF sanding belts. They suck! They would be ok on wood and not too bad on thick steel. The way they are put together puts a large ridge in the belt that whacks the work when it comes around.
I bought some from Enco to try. So far the tracking is better and the sanding is better. http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INLMK32?PARTPG=INSRAR2 price

Re: 6X48 sanding belts
Thanks for the link! As you say, the seam in the belt is very prominent.
