I recently bought a Lincoln MIG rig that had been used in a school setting. The torch cable is only six feet long. I want to go to 12 feet and can't find a source for the cable. I don't want to buy all the plug and torch stuff. It looks like the individual components can be changed out. Brand name is Tweco, part is labeled "Cablehoz" All help and advice appreciated. Thanks.

If we understand you correctly and assuming a #2 gun, you can buy the cable/hose assembly for 67.86. weldersales

Weldersales, Thank you for the response. Since the original post, I have found that the Cablehoz can be obtained for $14.00 per foot. However, a replacement Tweco 10 foot cable assembly with torch and plug is retail priced at $159.00. As long as the bare cable is so high, I loose. What price do you have for a 12 foot 200 amp Tweco cable for a Lincoln Wire Master 250 MIG machine? What's a number 2 gun? There are no identifiers on my pistol. WWQ

Ok, I am a little confused. By my calculation, we offered cable/hose at 5.66 a foot resulting in 12 feet at 67.86. That's good, no? If you want the entire gun, 12 feet long, with Lincoln rear fitting so that gun plugs directly into Lincoln 250, you can do that for 129.29. For very little more you can get 15' gun which is very convenient and Lincoln 250 will handle that fine. #2 gun is simply Tweco's 250 amp gun they have building thirty years. 'Cablehoz' is what they stamp on their cable assemblies. We will PM you pdf file on the actual gun. weldersales
