Long story short I have a MW 135 with very low hours that is about 9 years old that needs a liner .
No one has a liner to fit. I have called mac tools and they say it is discontinued and suggest I call Miller. Call miller and they send me the wrong liner. I call them back and give them the serial number and they say sorry that is discontinued.

I am at a loss. I need my welder badly. I dont care if I have to purchase an entire gun/hose assembly. Also i broke off a small plastic nipple that the co2 hose hooks to. I need to find that as well.

I could even drill and tap the brass piece the liner screws into if I knew what size and thread the standard liners are so i can buy the proper tap.

Sorry for rambling but this stupid welder is holding up progress on 2 jeeps a furnace and a trailer.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You could update your lead. Then you'd be able to find replacement liners, tips or whatever else you need.
I would gladly do that. Where do you suggest i find something that will work in it? I looked inside a hobart at Tractor supply today and it was similar but not direct fit at all.

Sorry Im so dumb I never had to work on a welderr before. the millers we had at work always just worked.
