    I was thinking you didn't have as much as I saw in this pic, the right inner forearm looked newish.

    I dunno, if you make it go down over both ears, wouldn't it go over your eyes, too? Might have to do one panel short to compensate, may look kinda funny..

    I always thought these hats were made from scraps left over from another operation.

    I used to have a Tilman glove factory here in Yuma. They threw out all kinds of their green cloth. The ones for sleeves and jackets. If I knew what to do with them I would have kept tons of it. Literally tons of it in a huge rolloff dumpster. Just cloth.

    Awesome hats, I need to wear two at opposite angles like a beret, so both my ears are fullu covered.
    Could you make one with ear flaps?
    How do I order one, and how fo I measure for one. Simple blue color is fine.
