Google them. Ask them for the original. They have them I think. They offer both OEM and aftermarket on many items I think.

I ordered a swirl ring from Welding Direct. Its Part number NPT20-68 PE0106. (907N0106) Works great with several different consumables I use. Keep in mind I have the PT-60 torch.

This one is the Nu-Tec brand.
They also sell another one that I have not tested yet. Here is the link:

Hear is the drag tip mentioned earlier. I'm running at 30Amps. I tried 25, but the machine would misfire once it hit the sheet.
I'm using the included CNC connector (pins 1 and 2) to fire the plasma from a switch on this carriage.
Here I am cutting a thin 1/4" strip form 30guage sheet. I have a vid of it up on youtube here:

If you used the right tip size and air pressure it won't misfire.

Tec.Mo. Dealer Consumables for the PT and IPT torch's

Maybe so, but they are compatible with the PT60 torch and if you run them between 30-40 Amps they really shine. Since they are drag tips, if you happen to touch the surface of your material they still cut fine.
Just what is the correct consumable for this application. Its not the tip that came with the torch. It is a 1.1mm orifice rated at 50-60 Amps. No if I want to cut some thin galvanized sheet I want as little kerf as possible not only to make a better cut, but to cut down on fumes. The only tips that everlast sells for this torch are the 1.1mm tips. I know that .65mm tips are made for this torch, but you cant get them. Nor any others.
So what is left is for us to try other tips that fit. In this case the drag tips mentioned above. Currently the best low current tip I can find that fits my torch.
Here is a complete breakdown of the PT-60 torch and all the tips, electrodes, and shields made. Good luck finding them.
PT-60 parts breakdown
If anyone has a line on the lown current thin kerf tips and electrodes, please post them.
Take a look at the Lincoln 20 amp plasma. I think the cups are the same ones, I would be suprised if they aren't. We are trying to expand our line of consumables for the torch but takes time to build inventory according to commonly requested items.
Anyway, here is the 20 brochures.

Thanks for the link. I will certainly check it out. Here is the thing, I am looking at recommending Everlast in the books I am doing research for. I cant do that unless there is an extensive consumable availability.
Please let us know as soon as some of the other consumables are available.
OK, it has been a while and I still find the lack of varied consumables to be an issue. Having tons of 50/60 Amp nozzles is ok for basic hand torch use, but misses the boat for CNC use. Cutting a piece of 16Gua sheet with a 60Amp nozzle is like bringing a cannon to a gun fight.
The only good news is that the Harbor Freight consumable do work very well with the PT60 torch on the 50s. I have used them and have even managed to dial them in for some very nice cuts. They are rated at 40Amps and only have a .9mm hole so you get a smaller kerf and less dross.
Here is a picture of a 2" x 8" piece of 1/8" plate, I use for testing the Everlast 50s with the harbor freight consumables:
