Hello... you have a great site!

My name is Butch Taylor a retired chemist. So you wonder why a chemist would be on this site.... right? Ya see... chemistry was my second profession. I grew up in a family water well drilling business and it was ONLY made up of family. We were the sales folks, accountants, drillers, maintenance and fabrication, electricians, engineering and most of all HR...pawpaw, dad and three brothers. We were 100% sufficient. I was a driller, designer, fabricator and controls electrician and one of the welders. Then one day Pop took a job to design and build the first bottled water plant in the State of WV... That is when I had to get serious about water chemistry. Now I am retired and have come full circle to my love of design and fabrication...

My dad's nickname was Butch or Butchie. I can't help but think of him when I see that name. Not common anymore.
