    256SI Plasma function Inop

So i was cutting 1/2 plate and burned through the insulating cup and the other small consumables a few weeks ago; ordered parts from Everlast and tried the unit after replacing said parts. Pilot arc is not working; air flow is fine. Calling Everlast tomorrow...just wondering if anyone has some quick info. Troubleshooting guide mentions a fuse; is this located inside the case?

No fuse on the updated model. But the most common cause ( I have dealt with this 4 or 5 times this week alone) is that the customer has dropped, lost or ignored the swirl ring. Sounds like this is likely one of those cases.

The first picture is not your torch but shows what the part are and the second picture show all the consumables for your torch.
