    Does anyone know of a website with a large selection of metal fabricating plans?

    The first thing that came to mind is that this forum that you've posted in can almost be considered a database of welding designs. Not that blueprints are available, but if you've got eyeballs and at least a vague sense of dimension/scale then it's likely possible to recreate most things that you'll see on here.

    Aside from that, I personally use the Google/SketchUp 3D Warehouse a lot when I'm creating models and/or looking for inspiration. It's not welding-specific, but there's plenty of welding-related designs in there (try a search for "belt grinder" or "welding table"), and lots of other designs that could easily incorporate welding (chairs, tables, etc): https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/
