    Today I learned

Today I learned you have to have DCe negative to tig weld without melting your tungsten off. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting since it's normally set correctly. Had to weld the laminations on a motor together at work today. How are these for like the 3rd time I've picked up a tig torch? Ended up at around 150 amps.

Lifetime of observing indicates you'll remember the lesson well.
