    Re: Commercial Forge

    Thanks

Yep, A properly designed and aligned NA burner makes all the world of differences when operating furnaces & forges.

Not just a pipe w/ a mig tip stuck in it.
Just the layout and fabrication of the lifting mechanism for the lid alone was a challenge figuring out and actually making it work as designed & intended.

The science behind fabricating a commercial burner as such is mind boggling & only touches the tip of everything else there is to know about the entire design & construction of such a piece of equipment.

I studied for a full researching the different aspects of this build before I ever struck the first arc.

No expenses were spared in building this baby.
Not to mention how many hours/weeks of fabrication it takes (because I lost track) to fab/cast something like this.

The tools alone for molten metal casting is quite expense on the open market.

This entire package deal is a "steel", pun intended, for anybody in need of such.

Subject to inspection, that's a steal.

    Re: Commercial Forge

Would insist on a buyer's personal inspection to confirm they are buying what has been offered for sale & is in as-described condition.

Life's too short for playing games.

    Clarification:
Since I can't edit my above #3 post I want to clarify that part of the post which refers to the lifting lid mechanism, molten metal casting tools & no expenses were spare in the fab process was added into the post erroneously.

I was in the middle of multi tasking between forms, adds, etc. and misplaced some of the info.

No expenses were spared in fabbing this unit either but just wanted to clarify for the record.

Thanks for your understanding & not ribbing the hell out of me.

    My bad

    I like that a lot.

If I was local I'd buy it.

Well, which rock you hiding/living under?

Not sure what the shipping cost would be but I've calculated crate size & weight.
If somebody wants to pay for the additional crating & shipping charges I'll be more than happy to crate and ship out.
Closest I can calculate the entire shipping weight comes out to 271 lb.'s., which of course would have to ship freight.

    Crate size: 26"L x 30"W x 36"H.
    Combined Total weight: 271 lb.'s
    Ships from zip code: 34232

Crate cost comes in @ $70.
    Shipping ?

    Thanks.

    Not interested in shipping

    Too fragile
And shipping costs would negate the great deal aspect.

    Agreed, just another added expense.
