    Miller Bobcat 225

    Hi there,
I have inherited an old miller bobcat 225. Serial #KJ212853 Stock # 903500. The bottom has rusted thru and the large transformer fell out. I was wondering if anyone would have an idea where the wires from the transformer connect. There is one wire that has stayed intact but the other two have been pulled off there location. If anyone can help in any way I would be very grateful. Thanks!

That device in question is either the AC output reactor or DC stabilizer/choke.

You can get your unit manual here to trace out the leads which will have circuit numbers embossed on them.

You can use the parts break-down in the manual to identify which component you're dealing with.

    Thank you Duane,
Repaired bottom of skid and welded the DC stabilizer back in place. Will be wiring this thing back in proper location and will let you know the outcome. Thanks again and have a nice day!
