    With this cart being used in an industrial setting and set up for lifting it with a crane I feel the possibility of build it yourself is out the window, I haven't worked in industry in just over 20 years, but at that time anything that got lifted with a crane had better have all of its certifications in place.

    yes that was mentioned earlier. if a non engineer designed was used it would have to be inspected and approved by an engineer. which wouldn't be cheap but if its the cart design that is needed that's the cost.

    The one on the left looks like the engineered cart I've used for lifting bottles with a crane.
