Safe to Use Welding Helmet for Oxy Acetylene Cutting?

    Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a nice welding helmet, a Lincoln Electric Viking 3350. I was wondering if it was safe to use this while cutting with an oxy acetylene torch and if so what settings are recommended. Can I just use my normal settings for welding? I tried to contact Lincoln Electric but I can't get through. I have one of those old ratty green shaded visors but this helmet is so much nicer to look through! Thanks!
I need to overthink how I'm going to overkill this project.
