have you ever heard this name "citoflex" (6010) ?

I read that 6010 require high voltage in open circuit (>100 volt)
I have 69 volt and I have a lot of problem using them (arc switch off in few seconds)
what's your Open Circuit Voltage? and how do 6010 work?
