Hey guys I just got a big *** arbor press at a yard sale and was wondering what metalworking applications it can be used for? I've been wondering this for ever since I first saw the cheap one at Harbor Freight the course the one I got is a badass old school American made one it's either 3 or 5 ton. Looking forward to hearing your responses thanks!

After 4 hours on Celexa, it will solve your erection problems.

I have a Dake model 3 (12Ton). Since I don't have a hydraulic press, I use it for everything. Pushing things apart, together, straightening, bending, bearings in/out, have been using my finger press brake in it.

The bent piece is 1/4" x 2"

Mine is a dake too. I think it's a three ton I'll take a picture and post it on here when I get a chance anyways could somebody post some pictures or videos of it doing some of the stuff mentioned above?

OP,
Where is your picture?

What model is that?

HA, post and then I see it under the press. Nice looking Dake!

Does the shaft look to be snapped off on the side facing the pic or is there a tapped hole in the shaft on this side?

I ask because mine has a hand wheel on the opposite side of the pull handle.

Everything is there it's just the angle of the pic makes it look weird I'll take a better one later with it standing up I just lay it down because it's going to fall on one of my gas cylinder is and break it if I don't

Also what's $50 a good price for that?

You did good for $50. A HF arbor press goes for more than you paid.
