Someone left a treasure by the dumpster behind the shop, a bed frame. Not just any bed frame, but one from a hospital bed.
Much beefier than the usual frames that I've run across.
I decided to build a cart for my Miller 211 using as much of the frame as I could.Here's the frame broken down.
Here's the cart welded up with out the lead hangers in it's unpainted state. Sorry for the lack of photos while I was building it, but you wouldn't want to see my crappy welds.
Here's the frame getting a coat of Rustoleum Sail Blue after being sanded and primed.
Here's the completed cart with lead hangers but with out the filing cabinet in the bottom.
