I turned on my welder and SEE O.M. is in the display. Owners manual doesn't have trouble shooting fix, it just says see your representative. Anyone heard of this? Is there a way to reset this machine?

I'm going to call them tomorrow morning. I was just hoping someone ran into this problem and had some insight because I needed to finish this small job.

Here's the page out of the tech manual. Says call Miller. You could try a factory reset, but dunno if that's gonna help. Try following the standby reset procedure mentioned below.. You may get lucky

I did try their procedure, but it didn't work. Do you know the steps to a factory reset?

Took it in this afternoon, now I just have to wait and see what the diagnosis is. Two thumbs up to Airgas in Hawaii. They let me borrow a Diversion 180 so I could finish up a job. That machine was pretty sweet, it just lacked power for this application. I'm glad I paid the extra money and bought my machine locally. I've built a good relationship with them and that definitely made it easy for them to really help me out.
