Hello. I'm on the west coast and recently ordered a MIG welder (175 amp) from Eastwood. I wasn't familiar with this company but was told the welder is good enough for a hobbyist and the price was right.
After I paid for it, my order showed up as 'Backordered'. After a couple weeks I called them and was told it wasnt actually backordered (was sitting in the warehouse) and would ship out in 1 -2 days. I called again 3 days later and was again told that it was in stock and they would "see what they can do to get it shipped out" and they hung up. A few days later (today) it still has not shipped and the website still says backordered.
It has just been a really weird experience so far so I wanted to make sure this was still a legit company to buy from or if I should have my credit card cancel the order, seeing as it was recommended to me a few years ago.
