Speaking of trailer plugs, has anyone come up with a gripping device so people with Arthritus can get enough grip on the 4 wire plugs to poke em together and pull em apart?

Guy who invented those should have been beaten with a torch hose.

Nope, the patent clearly states that one of it's intended uses is a substitute for buttons or snaps.

There's what the inventor INTENDED, and there's what I used it for.
It ain't my fault the inventor was short sited.

Also works well for keeping canine pillow housings closed, securing straps for cords and hoses, canine jacket closures , handle securing straps and another hundred things.

I have a more than complete 'gun shop' right here ;) just didn't want to turn my good brushes into 'auto tools'...

Thanks for the info Virgil :) I had searched last night for brushes and stuff like that just for trailer plugs but came up empty.... maybe it was too late for my neurons to function.. or my neuroglia haven't been doing their job...
Any excuse is better than no excuse, especially if you make it sound good and use rare multiletter words with some adjectives and adverbs thrown in the mix. Hell, put a little Edward Bernays on it, quote Mark Twain or Will Rogers for some down home style, kick back in the recliner and people will think you know what you're talkin about and they lack the vocabulary & skill to chalenge you. (That right there is called obfuscation) If they do challenge tell them you implied and you are not responsible they inferred incorrectly. Then launch a tirade on Deming proving his book in Japan, and how much better off the US would be if only they had followed Deming.

LOL!!!!! Oh now Virgil.... you know Deming would have got things right ;)

Oh, and as for the trailer plugs they don't respond to chemical cleanings as well... they definitely need a good mechanical cleaning :) Some of our setups can sit for a month or two between uses so all kinds of crap get in the contacts... and if I put dummy connectors on them other people just lose them.
You want quality corrosion on vehicle wiring come to NY. We got sh!t here slides down the plug and eats the wire inside the insulation. I think it comes from all that dam contamination Californicate ships out from their non CalCARB compliant fires.
Pretty sure it's a follow on to the aid rain they used to send to rust new steel 30 years back.

Well Deming certainly didn't go wrong with that line of piston pumps he marketed to hell and back in the 50s. I believe Kevin has a few dozen of them stashed for use when he needs to move some water. He also didn't miss the mark with that line of drill bits he partnered with the Silver kid on.
