Seems abit high, I'd go through the machine and check all the connectors, torch, bend hoses for cracks it probably sat awhile, and to see if their is anything that may need to be replaced and hard to find.Gotta test it out.Did to owner take care of it.How about a regulator and flow meter.Ask Denrep what he would sell his for then you have something to bargain with.
