Mig wire is feeding, no puddle

Sounds like some sort of grounding issue to me, but I could be wrong. Sounds like the circuit is not completing to allow the spark to ensue. Good luck with it. By all means, warranty service before kicking the thing! :D
 
My Miller Multimatic 215 went kaput about 8 months after I bought it new.. I took it a Miller dealer in town, they sent it to their main service center here in Virginia, and had to keep it 3 weeks, because they had to order a new main board, and then after they still had issues, they ordered a new wind tunnel. Basically rebuilt the entire insides with new parts, and the thing works beautifully. Didn’t cost me a penney, other than taking the unit in to the Arc-3 store. I purchased it from Cyberweld online, but Miller took good care of me.

My point is this: Maybe the warranty work will go just fine, so give things a chance. :)
