I found some options parts for the Miller Synchrowave 250. Some research turned up that these components are no longer made, hard-to-find and very expensive. These are the options for the MS250:
1) Pre-flow timer kit for the Miller Synchrowave 250 welding machine. The pre-flow timer provides up to 15 seconds of gas pre-flow time.
The components include:
A delay timer (part number 116476), a potentiometer (116196) and a relay (006393). These are hard to find items and the potentiometer seems to be almost non-existent at all the places I searched. Calling Miller, I was quoted $438.21 for the delay timer alone, they could not quote for the other items because they didn't have them in stock.
2) Spot-timer kit for the Miller Synchrowave 250 welding machine. The spot-weld timer provides adjustable zero to 5.7 second time control for tig spot welding.
The components include:
A delay relay (part number 047133), a potentiometer (030108), a toggle switch (011611), a snubber circuit card (120875) and a relay (006393). These are hard to find items and the snubber seems to be almost non-existent at this point. Though I found a place that repairs them for $112.00.
3) Power factor correction kit for the Miller Synchrowave 250 welding machine.
The components include:
Four capacitors (part number 125781), two brackets (129201) and some connecting wires. These are hard to find items, no longer made.
This was purchased in 1991 never installed sat unused in boxes in a shed. I just found them while looking through my storage. Condition is mostly very good with some small tarnish on a brass plated bracket.
For anyone who has a Miller Synchrowave 250, that doesn't have these options installed, this is the JACKPOT because these components are so rare and expensive.

If the parts were available at Miller, they would be over $1500.00 judging from their quotes on what they do have.
I would be willing to sell them all for $1200.00.
