My syncrowave 180 has no arc output in either tig or stick operation. Sometimes I can get a weak arc for a few seconds then it stops. I thought it might be the hall sensor so checked voltage and measured +6.5v between wires 27 and 4 and -15v between wires 30 and 4. So I assumed control board was faulty. Pulled board and found a couple of diodes D23 and D53 probably shorted but not sure if this would cause no output. I would appreciate any help from anyone who has experience with this board repair. Also if anyone has a service manual or board schematic for this machine that they were willing to share would also be helpful. Serial number LC346947.
