Yeah I'm not planning on having my future mother-in-law live in there I'm just saying if I sell the house or something. And I still think it would be even cooler without a garage door and just do some big open doors.
The door on my shop cost more than the rest of the ENTIRE shop!! 18 feet wide, 11 feet high, roll up.

My nephew was CONVINCED that he could get TV reception at my shop,,
He installed that,, because it worked at his house,,
He lived in New Kent,, and must have received over 50 stations,, both Norfolk and Richmond.

I get ONE station, it is PBS,,
I do get others, but, they are received as a reflection off the mountain frequently seen in my pics.

The reflection will work for a minute,, then drop out for a minute.
It is great if you only want to watch half of a show,,, :dizzy:  `~`

I wish I had designed in some sort of paint booth type thing,,

I have three high volume fans and a BIG blower,, they are perfect for welding,,
but, paint would be nice to have filtered inlet air as well as exhaust.

Maybe some day I will sit down and figure it out. I do have a couple of seldom used bays that could be converted,,,

When I was painting, we had a belt drive to the exhaust fan and an extended hood to keep the motor out of the fumes. If you are going to use existing fans, at least make sure the motors are sealed to keep the sparks in the motor from igniting the fumes. It's the equivalent of running in the center of a carburetor when you have paint/thinners in the air. You've been at this long enough to know dust explosions are not a good thing.
I have seen clouds of grain dust when grain is exiting the dryer that scared me to death,, my BIL never worried, even after seeing the articles about elevator explosions,,

The corn produced denser clouds, but, the wheat had pretty good sized clouds.
Then, there was times that the roof vents were open on the grain bins when filling,,
It looked like the exhaust of a jet engine, only dust,,,
Grain falling 100 feet through a pipe had tremendous velocity,, there was serious dust.
