A while back I needed to remove the weld seam in some 60 x 60 mm square tubing. I wanted to make a telescoping arrangement. The idea of the actual cutting tool is not mine but I didn't want to drive the cutter through the square tubing so I rigged up this arrangement to remove the weld seam. Maybe it will help someone out. The cutter is a piece of 50 x 50mm tubing with a HSS cutter with a jack screw to adjust the cutting depth. Works a treat.
