My personal table has no openings.

I think they can be of great use though. The thing I don't like about clamping holes is how the clamps angle. (Not a good description but someone mentioned it above, I thought I read it once but could not find it again to quote.)

Our small platen table was 12 grand if I am not mistaken.

Yippie! My ideal small welding table was found! I guess it to be about a 24" face plate.

I found it in our warehouse looking for some chopsaw blades. I asked the owner about it and he said I could have it. I don't want it for free we can come up with a deal I said. Ok, a dollar then.

This is going to be awesome. Such a joy to cut down on my welder visegrip use.
