It is on the same setting that I use the standard pedal on. There wasn't any paperwork in the packaging I assumed you used it on the same settings.

What do you have your machine set to on the panel? Is it 2T, pedal, 4T, 2T+Pedal, or 4T +Pedal?

The production models are scheduled to be available soon. BTW, the units are rechargeable and under our heavy testing last past 40 days between charges on a full 8 hour shift of constant 100% duty cycle use. Compared to similar models we tested, this is more than twice the life span. Expected recharge cycle life is 300 cycles before the batteries begin to decline. The unit also has an off switch to extend battery life when not in use.

Re: New NOVA Wireless Pedal for Lincoln, Miller, ESAB, HTP, and Everlast

I think it would be easy to tap off the power switch or from the cooler and mount another outlet on the back of the welder. There is no correct way to get 110 volt with out a neutral on 240 single phase. That's probably why the coolers are 220 also.

Re: New NOVA Wireless Pedal for Lincoln, Miller, ESAB, HTP, and Everlast

Right now these are for digitally controlled units. Will have to check on the future ones for non digitally controlled units.. The progammability issue is being resolved I think. I'll have to check. It will require a frequency switch, I am sure.

Re: New NOVA Wireless Pedal for Lincoln, Miller, ESAB, HTP, and Everlast

Is Everlast going to be selling that pedal for all the listed welders? What about the AHP, Lotos, Eastwood, Primeweld, Razorweld, etc. ? Are they going to be programable so if you have 2 or 3 welders in the shop they will not interfere with each other?

120 for the dongle, and battery for the pedal. I am not 100% sure how the power would matter on this one. The rear connection would be eaten up (on our units) by the watercooler. How would you supply a low amp 240V voltage plug?

Re: New NOVA Wireless Pedal for Lincoln, Miller, ESAB, HTP, and Everlast

What kind of power does it use? I would want to change it over to 220 that way you won't need another cord to drag around with the welder.
