Re: Which Everlast welder should I buy? I have to say,,, when my old PP256 crapped-out and was replaced by a 255EXT, that Advanced Square Wave really did make a noticeable difference in thicker aluminum.

Do these welders come with evrything, torch, pedal, etc? Do they have the superflex cable? Pcmaker - any updates on which way you are leaning or which unit you bought?
Re: Which Everlast welder should I buy? Yes, if you buy direct from us, you get two torches, a pedal, regulator, work clamp, stick torch and small consumable starter kit. As well as a 240 to 120V adapter. You can upgrade to a better package, and we can custom assemble you a package if you call in direct. If you'd like to get one, let me know. 877 755 9353 ext 204. I'd look at either the 210EXT or the 255EXT (for more power, additional wave form, spot timer function, better stick welding capability).
Re: Which Everlast welder should I buy? If Aluminum is in your future, I'd consider paying the difference for a 250A machine (or you're going to limit yourself to 1/8 or maybe 3/16). Alum just sucks-up those Amps As far as I know, their machines come with those accessories but they have their own line of "SuperFlex" like torches and that's probably not going to be what's in the box...
