    Re: Miller syncrowave 351- Pulser

I have a couple older weldcraft and they been holding up, the ck torches are nice but not as durable as the tec/speedway torches, don't think any of the above would be a disappointment, and they all change their stuff so what you buy today may not be the same next year, buy good consumables the collets/collet body 10 for 20 bucks are crap in my opinion , the ck torches from htp are usually a good price with a nice lightweight leather cover and good service, I welded above 225 amp on ac a majority of the time although not pushing duty cycles, aluminum castings

That's the torch I use on my Syncrowave 250DX, it's a great torch. Purchased it about 2 years ago from HTP.

Also, spring for the superflex cables, it's worth it over the standard pvc cables much nicer to use and way more durable too. You'll love it.

I don't know, better is a relevant term. Not trying to be evasive just haven't used their product.

Contact every welder repair shop you can find close by. Tell them what you are looking for. They might put you in touch with another welder owner that just died and is not repairable. You can work out a deal on the parts.
Also find out who is your Miller rep for your area. They might know where a welder is setting and not being used.
Same thing with the outside salesmen at your local welding supply stores. Make friends and you might get lucky.
Really appreciate your comment. I am trying hard called all the guys that I know and don't still waiting on reply from some, But thought I would check out here too,
    Might get lucky who knows.
Is- PC7 139 398 the part number for the whole board?

    Thanks again!

As for the P300, maybe start a post on the Miller forum as well.

    Miller syncrowave 351- Pulser

    Hi,

New here and just bought my first real welding machine it's a 1996 Miller Syncrowave 351 and it did not came with a factory mounted pulser.

Well I know there is a p300 by miller but trying my luck on getting the original machine pulser.

I have the part # for it -042646.

Any chance that I can find this? or am I just dreaming?

Also I wanted to get a recommendation on a good water cooled torch to get me started, I am not new to welding just to the tig world which is a bit more complicated to me.

    Welcoming your comments and help!

    Thanks !
