I looked into it and notified our programmers. There is definitely something wrong with the code. I believe because it was previously used and expired. We have added a new code, which will work and I have tested it. Please use weldingweb10

hi, tried entering the promo code on this page once again this morning, using a different browser this time, @ this page:

weldingweb is not recognized by your webpage as a valid promo code, simple as that.

its great that you can apply the discount manually, and i may end up having you do that, but you want to talk to your web admin to correct this as it doesn't look to great with promo codes that turns out to be DOA

btw i may not be much of a welder but i do software design for a living so dont write it off as UE

Sorry you are experiencing some problems. I just tried the code and the discount was applied. You should be able to see it before the final submission of order.

Please make sure the the " weldingweb " is in all lower case letters. If you are still having issues, we can take the order over the phone and apply your discount. We are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm Pacific or West Coast time.
