We had four Cubs show up for the antique tractor pull Saturday. Starting several years ago there is always some knuckle head gotta jump on the boat. Most Cubs will drag a 1200-1400 LB boat, with two 750 LB concrete blocks. A 300 LB man will then cause a spinout.

There is hope yet. I'm glad to hear it went well. Now take it as easy per the doctors recommendations and don't slip up and damage the area any more before it heals over completely

Very good advice. That's why I sit at a desk behind a computer for 7-10 hrs a day.

They give him A month, Thats the difference between having nothing and no one to live for and the fighters in this thread.

They have meds for narcotic induced constipation, unfortunately I can't remember what it's called. You're right about taking care of your back, I thought I took precautions to protect my back when lifting, I found out that it wasn't enough, TAKE CARE OF YOUR BACK! Being careful isn't enough, get help if it's heavy, cumbersome or both.
