Miller Diversion 180, showing off a few weld

Feel free to move this if it's in the wrong area. Wasn't sure where to put it.

I bought the Diversion 180 a while back and have just got around to welding some aluminium. For the most part I was impressed for its size. On the 1/4" flat stock it takes a bit to get a puddle going. I have to admit I haven't welded aluminium in about 15 years and I didn't put a lot into cleaning the material (attempt at an excuse for crappy welds).

The flat stock is 1 1/2 x 1/4 and the tubing is roughly .060 welded to 1/8" sheet/plate.

I bought the diversion 180 so I had a Tig around the house just in case. I would have loved to buy a bigger machine but funds were tight as I bought a Millermatic 211 and Hypertherm 30xp the same week. I plan on only do light fabrication. Mostly little projects for my truck(rock sliders, bed rack, solar duel battery setup) and stuff around the house. Questions or critiquing encouraged.
