Can Not Get Parts Under Warranty
I have a 250 Longevity under warranty and I have emailed there tech email 2 times and called 2 times and still have not got a call back or a part. Why would I buy more Longevity welders if I can not get parts. I emailed the serial number and original invoice with the extended warranty for 375.00 so they have had everything for over a month. NO RESPONSE. Beware future buyers. The machine runs great but when you need parts, That is when it counts and you see which company stands behind there products.
