Ever hear of this brand of Mig wire? (pic)

Anybody ever hear of "INE" brand for mig welding wire? I wanted to order a 10lb spool of Hobart's .035 S wire from Sears online, but it looks like they dropped Hobart for the INE brand. I also would have ordered online from Tractor Supply, but they won't sell Hobart online, nor do I have one locally.

Here's a quick pic of the stuff. I'm leary to buy this brand. Anyone have any pros/cons about this stuff?

I'd just order what I knew worked from another online vendor after Googling.

    "item name best prices"

"Hobart ER70S-6 .035 best prices" gets lots of hits. You can refine it by the exact part number you want.

This look like what ya want?

I use superarc all the time. I've been reading some threads where people are claiming that the Hobart produces a weld with much less spatter with their ER70S-6 wire, vs Limcoln brand.

I can accept a small difference, but the "much" part of "much less spatter" makes me question..

I just picked it up due to availability. I'm a hobby welder and generally go looking for supplies on Saturday so I'm generally limited to what Lowes and Depot carry (although for some reason, only stock only 0.030). I need to order some 0.035 to decide what my main wire will be. That and some 0.035 flux core and a knurled drive roller for those times when I'm forced to work in the driveway.

I have two HD's near my house and neither carries L-56 in size .035 (S). Only the flux core .035 which I never use.

Makes me question too. That's why I want to try the Hobart. I've read from more people that they "prefer" Hobart over Lincoln Superarc.

Just look at my aviator....... I normally don't drink beer, but when I do, I "prefer" Dos XX's

I did use one 2lb spool of the Hobart ER70S-6 .030 wire once. I didn't pay attention when I used it rather quickly, so I'd like to do my own comparrison test and pay more attention next time.

INE is one of my if not favorite wire. Super smooth very low spatter and quite consistent . I haven't ran their cored offerings just solid wire but I really like it. And I've ran damn near all the common stuff. L56 , Hobart , HTP , Radnor, and various cheap China wire. Try a spool, it's good stuff!

Ine is a top brand. Use with confidence. Very popular in Europe and many parts of the world. I use tig wire in this brand often for xray tested pipe welds.

I found the Lincoln NR211-MP wire to burn with less spatter than Hobart E71T-11. That's flux core of course and when that was my only machine. My Handler 190 burns the Hobart solid wire quite cleanly and I can get their wire from Tractor Supply, Farm and Fleet or Stock and Field locally. I haven't tried any super arc wire yet; had welder only 2 months. Have ran .024, .030 and .035 through it with excellent results, bar my own abilities... I'm only a hobbyist.

Seen good reviews of the INE wire and may try some in the future.

I found that I get good prices from Amazon.
I do not look brand of wire
I only look at spec of wire.
After you purchase a few tons wire or rod the brand not important, but price is very important.
Odds are if you need the wire today try Harbor freight, Home Depot or Lowes.
I found Tractor Supply is higher in cost.

Yeah. Stay away from Tractor Supply unless you’re desperate. They charge $40 to $50 for 11lb spools of .035. I get that from ARC3 for $25. Bought a 33lb spool of .045 from ARC3 last week for $53. (That’s ARC3’s “in-house“ wire.)

I’ve seen good things said about that INEFIL wire Amazon carries and the price is right. Ordered some once but had to cancel because of delivery time. When ya ‘need’ wire, ya gotta have wire.

I usually shop Ebay for deals and usually do pretty good. I have six 16/20lb spools of aluminum MIG wire that I got for about $50ea (Esab/Harris/Alcotec).

I get .045 er70s-6 from ARC-3 for $45; 33 lb spool. Same in .035 for $25. It’s their in house brand but it welds nice. Could be Lincoln this week and Hobart the next. Who knows. If I have a problem with it they’ll give me a new one.
