AC not working on PowerMaster 205

So my second PowerMaster 205 decided to fail today. My original PowerMaster 205 was purchased in Jan 2010, and failed in November 2011. They sent me another new (albeit older looking version) PowerMaster 205 and now I'm having an issue again about a year and a half later. Today I switched it to AC and the welder decided to give me DC+ at the torch, destroying the tungsten in the process. DC still works ok. No combination of switches seems to get it to run AC anymore.

I opened her up and checked all the connections. I reseated all the connections, checked the ohms on all the pots, checked all the wiring I could get to, and basically have concluded that beyond this, I'm out of my comfort zone fixing this thing. Does anyone else have any ideas? Is there any set of LEDs on the top board that I should be looking at to diagnose the problem? Switching between AC and DC doesn't turn on any different combination of LEDs.

All the stuff on the board all the AC stuff goes to seems to be in order.

    HELLLLLP!!!

If I remember right, there are a couple of connectors right behind the LED display on the top board. Double check those. Likely one is loose. It's a tight fit in there, so it can be overlooked.

I reseated and checked every single connector and wire on the top board.

So your tech support guy called me up and tried to convince me that the reason AC wasn't working was because he thought I had too much gas flow. That is indeed not the case (as I tried to explain to him). I certainly get an arc, just no AC wave.

What is the next course of action here?
